SIESTA KEY ASSOCIATION'S LEGAL CHALLENGE ... SKA has been active in local zoning and land use issues for over 60 years. It was the basis of our foundation in 1948. On behalf of our Members, we defend against use of our resources and land which conflict with our laws or compromise the Siesta Key Overlay District Ordinance. Our efforts are directed to ensure all laws benefit property owners and residents. We work diligently to support enforcement of these protections for our community.
